PROJECT OVERVIEW AND CRITERIA

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Aims

  1. Improve technical ability to create dynamic animations.

  2. Enhance the skills learnt in the past and adopt correct methods.

  3. Develop the ability to analyze animations created by famous artists and learn new skills.​

  4. Always be ready to accept any technical challenges during the process of creating animation.

  5. Criticize the work of others so that we can learn from their mistakes. 

  6. Learn self criticism to find own mistakes and enhance own work.

  7. Developing an positive attitude to learn new software and updated with present trend.

Objectives

  1. Learn Maya software and reach to the professional level.

  2. Learn Hot keys and improve speed of work.

  3. Develop habit of using plug-ins to save the time and have enough time to learn something new.

  4. Time is the key. I still like to improve the project planning skill. 

  5. I like to research more about the polishing and perfecting the animation.  

  6. As an animator I will learn to be more practical so that I can analyze and handle technical situation during the process.

  7. Try to be more focused on the best idea and start working on it.

ANIMATOR'S CHECKLIST

Animator checklist is the list of technical aspects need to be kept in mind before while creating animation. It is developed by Bader Badruddinand Blue Zoo co-founder Tom Box for their Animdojo training program. I hope I will be able to apply them in all my animation efficiently. 

  • Solid Posing

  • Contrast

  • Functional Breakdowns

  • Anticipation/ Leading the Eye

  • Timing

  • Visual Rhythm
